How will I help?Join our Group Investigations team within the Enterprise Compliance and Risk division, reporting directly to the Head of Group Investigations. As a Manager in Investigation Governance, you will collaborate closely with the Senior Manager of Investigation Governance and the broader Investigation Team. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring high-quality standards in internal investigations and strict adherence to legislative requirements. Additionally, you will drive continuous improvements through quality assurance reviews, tactical investigation reviews, and providing training to the team. To excel in this role, you should be enthusiastic, energetic, a “self-starter,” and diligent. Your strong attention to detail, ability to influence and collaborate, and pragmatic communication skills will be crucial. And we continue to pay your super contributions while you take all the time you need to get your new family settled.What do I need?You will need over 5 years of investigation experience, knowledge of Whistleblower Legislation, ABC/AML/CTF Obligations, and the Privacy Act, and a qualification in Financial Crime or Investigations. Demonstrated analytical skills, experience in Quality Assurance, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools are essential. You’ll work both autonomously and as part of a team, liaising with all business levels and customers. Personal attributes for success include being a “self-starter,” with strong attention to detail, the ability to influence and collaborate, and pragmatic communication skills are crucial.
