Working from 113 offices in 46 countries, we make the difference to projects across the , and sectors worldwide.Job DescriptionThe Governance Coordinator will coordinate the day-to-day governance activities across the entire suite of Dublin Airport capex projects. Reporting to the Head of Governance, the Governance Coordinator will play a key role in implementing the governance standards for the consistent monitoring, control, reporting and assuring the controls activities within the Programmes.Act as a key representative of the Governance – implementing continuous governance improvements across all programmes.Maintain the governance processes and supporting documentation / toolsSet the standards for Governance in alignment with the Corporate Governance Policy and requirements of the Portfolio BoardMaintain regular communications with active team and business stakeholders to ensure necessary and appropriate steps are taken to resolve difficulties, which may impede progress or compromise achievement of project’s governance objectivesResponsible for communication of the status of deliverables to stakeholders at an appropriate and effective level and frequencyContribute to the forward planning of programme and project decisions, the level of approval required and the tracking of progress towards theseOrganize, attend and participate in stakeholder meetings and distribute minutes to all stakeholdersDocument and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetingsImplement quality assurance on all governance outputs and papers, through robust review and approval cyclesFile and document control of governance submission documents. Responsible for maintaining the ‘single source of truth’ for governance documentationAdminister the Change Control processIn line with the Head of Governance; develop, embed, maintain and continuously improve governance processes throughout the Infrastructure Department’s Portfolio that allow strategic items and matters to flow through the governance system smoothly and successfullyDrive best practice in governance process across the Infrastructure Department’s PortfolioPerforms other related duties as assigned by Head of Governance and Director of Infrastructure5+ years relevant experience as part of a Governance Function – DesirableExtensive knowledge of assuring governance in capital projects and programmesKnowledge of governance best practice, relevant issues, and new upcoming trends in the industryDegree in relevant discipline, ideally either management or technicalProfessional qualification in Project and Programme management, such as MAPM, MSP or equivalent would be beneficialExperienced at implementing ‘best-in class’ governance and reporting across large infrastructure projectsDemonstrable experience in contributing to the delivery of projects or programmes.Good knowledge of and experience in PMOs and Programme Support functions (Schedule, risk, cost, change, information management)Able to report progress (written and verbal) and answer questions accordingly and produce monthly reportsStrong data management skills (trackers, look-aheads, etc)Maintain good communications with stakeholders, keeping them regularly appraised of the progress of their projects/programmeExcellent at networking and building trust and rapportStrong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to determine requirements and expectations and manage their influence on the project/programmeQualificationsExcellent communicator with highly developed interpersonal skills required to assist in implementing ‘best-in- class’ governance processes across the full suite of Capex ProgrammesAdaptability – in particular, to manage and deliver change and governance in the context of an evolving and changing organisation, addressing the ambiguity and conflicting demands that may resultAbility to cultivate solutions for challenging deliverablesFully competent in the use of MS Office applications and other project tools and methodologiesProven attention to detail and extremely well organisedExcellent standards of deliveryEffective stakeholder management and ability to work well with others at all levelsWork effectively both independently and as part of a teamAbility to work on tight deadlinesAdditional InformationWhat we offer you:
