You’re a performance marketer who builds lean, effective funnels that convert.This is an execution role — you’ll be building, optimizing, and scaling campaigns daily.All campaigns drive leads through Go High Level, not Shopify or landing page builders.Budgets range from $33/day to $100+/day, and clients are typically small, local businesses.You should be comfortable managing 20+ active campaigns/accounts at once.YOU’RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU:Have run 20+ service-based Google Ads lead gen campaigns — consistently and profitably.Understand how to convert traffic into leads for local U.S. service businesses.Can build and optimize campaigns from scratch — copy, targeting, structure, testing.Are hands-on and thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.Have experience with Go High Level or similar CRMs/funnel tools.RESPONSIBILITIESLaunch and manage Google Ads lead gen campaigns for local service clientsResearch keywords and write compelling ad copy designed to drive conversionsA/B test creatives, headlines, ad extensions, and landing pagesMonitor campaigns daily and make proactive optimizationsCollaborate with internal teams (Account Managers, tech, landing page team)Report clearly on results, CPL, and optimization opportunitiesTroubleshoot issues with conversion tracking, form fills, call extensions, etc.REQUIREMENTS2+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience focused solely on local lead generationProven success with 20+ small-budget service-based accountsFamiliarity with daily budgets of $33–$100 and maximizing results within those limitsExperience with call tracking, lead forms, CRM integrations (e.g., Go High Level)Strong written and verbal English communicationReliable internet connection and remote-ready workstationBonus: Experience in automotive, home services, or med spa verticalsWHAT WE OFFERSalary Range: $12K–$30K/year USD (based on experience)Fully remote (must be able to work 9AM–6PM EST)Unlimited PTOPaid U.S. holidaysOngoing training, growth opportunities, and a high-performance cultureOUR CORE VALUESBE BADPLAY TO WINEXTREME OWNERSHIPSOLUTIONS, NOT PROBLEMSBEST IDEA WINSALWAYS BE GROWINGNOBODY IS BIGGER THAN THE TEAMREADY TO APPLY?We’re reviewing candidates daily and hiring quickly.
