You’ll play a key role in ensuring Vector’s focus on its core capabilities as well as its evolution and response to the changes our industry is undergoing.As a senior member of the Legal & Assurance team, the GM Business Performance & Internal Audit is responsible for driving continuous improvement and providing independent assurance through a cohesive programme of reviews, maturity assessments, internal audits and initiatives to accelerate business unit performance and support Vector’s strategy.Te hunga e kimihia ana e mātau | Who we are looking for

• You’ll hold at least a Bachelors degree in a relevant field, coupled with an established track record in leading corporate and/or consulting organisations
• You champion a business-first and results focus, and effectively influence across the organisation to sustainably deliver on objectives
• You’re someone who values and builds effective relationships at all levels of organisations and with key stakeholders internally and externally
• Innovative and intuitive, you’re curious, open minded and adept at embracing and driving change whilst remaining sensitive to existing business needs
• Crucially, you successfully balance the independent assurance aspect of the role with a collaborative partnering and value enhancing focus on how we can mature, evolve and improve as a business.
