Job description: Would you like to be part of an innovative and highly differentiated product area with high ambitions and significant growth potential?What is the job about?As a Global Product Manager – Controls, you will join our global Commercial Building Services team. You will be managing the full lifecycle of existing products and specifying and launching new, innovative products.Your main responsibilities:

• Managing the full lifecycle of existing products, ensuring they meet market needs and performance standards.
• Specifying and launching new innovative products that are customer-centric and aligned with market trends
• Collaborating with a global team to drive product excellence and innovation.
• Generating overview and structure in a complex product portfolio.
• Ensuring commercial performance and value creation of the product line.

Your backgroundWe imagine that you have:

• Engineering and/or Business Management degree
• Background in Multi pump controllers, edge devices, or PLC systems for HVAC and District Energy.
• More than 5 years of experience in product management.
• Structured mindset with the ability to manage complex product portfolios.
• Significant business acumen and understanding of value creation and commercial performance.
• Proven track record of driving product innovation and achieving business goals.
• Willingness to travel around 30 days a year.
• Fluent in English
