You will directly report to the Head of Global Innovation and Own Software Assets. Collaborating closely with Product Managers, you will ensure alignment with business objectives while maintaining a high-level, cross-functional perspective:■ Strategic Alignment : Define and maintain the portfolio’s overarching vision, ensuring each product supports the company’s strategic themes and goals.■ Cross-Product Coordination : Collaborate with Product Managers to identify interdependencies, optimize resource allocation, define competitive pricing model incl. revenue sharing approach and prevent conflicting release timelines or other technical dependencies.■ Joint Go-to-Market Approach : Ensure a globally aligned marketing as well as sales approach for the e-invoice portfolio elements, taking into account local interests and navigating a complex stakeholder landscape.■ Value Maximization : Continuously assess the portfolio’s mix of products, recommending additions, retirements, or pivots to maximize long-term user and business value.■ Risk Management : Track and mitigate risks that span multiple products—such as budget constraints, market shifts, or regulatory changes—providing support to PMs as needed.■ Cross-Functional Coordination : Collaborate with product management, engineering, and customer support teams to ensure alignment and successful product delivery.■ Stakeholder Collaboration : Build and maintain strong relationships with product management, regional teams, and key stakeholders from marketing and sales to drive portfolio success and optimize solution offerings.■ Market Insight : Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.■ Continuous Improvement : Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product performance and customer satisfaction.■ Collaboration Framework : Establish best practices, governance frameworks, and standardization across portfolio elements to drive efficiency and scalability.Convince us with your potential!■ You have demonstrable experience in portfolio management, product management or a similar role .■ You have excellent strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills .■ You are characterised by excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels.■ You can manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment .■ You have the ability to achieve your own goals while understanding and respecting the legitimate interests of others .We would welcome the following:■ You have experience in the e-invoicing or financial technology industry.■ You have a strong understanding of e-invoicing processes, regulations and market trends .■ You are proficient in project management tools and software .■ You have experience with the SAP universe .Do you have questions?We look forward to receiving your complete application documents stating your earliest start date.Get empowered by NTT DATA Business Solutions!Alexandra WolfWe transform.
