• Act as a strategic HR partner for the global MARINE Service organization, providing proactive support and guidance to managers across the region
• Drive and implement tailored HR strategies for MARINE Service in cooperation with the regional Management team
• Support workforce planning, personnel cost management and organizational development
• Analyze HR KPIs and market trends, derive actionable insights and ensure follow-through on improvement measures
• Contribute to cross-functional HR projects and train managers throughout the entire employee life cycle

Ihr Profil

• Advanced experience in international strategic HR work
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and the full employee life cycle
• Proactive, accountable, and results-driven mindset
• High intercultural competence and motivation to be a trusted partner
• Excellent English skills and willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis

Minimum yearly gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 52.197,04 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conform overpayment.
