Job description: Barden are delighted to support a prestigious Irish PLC headquartered in Dublin, to support the appointment of a Global Head of Revenue.This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious senior finance professional to join a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation, renowned for its innovation and leadership within the industry.About the RoleAs the Head of Revenue, you will be a key member of the finance leadership team, responsible for leading the global revenue function including all revenue recognition and compliance, month end reporting, integration of new acquisitions, and business partnering with the leadership group. You will lead a high-performing revenue team, ensuring robust financial governance, strategic planning, and insightful analysis to support the company’s growth and success.About the role:

Oversee all aspects of revenue recognition, compliance and reporting for the group.
Ensure the timeliness and accuracy of financial and management reporting data.
Facilitate a high-quality corporate governance environment, enhance policies and procedures.
Serve as the revenue integration lead for M&A activities.
Sponsor a continuous improvement mindset across the revenue team.
Develop a finance talent agenda to attract the best finance talent, with a view to succession planning at every level and strong career development opportunities for finance team.

About the person:

Qualified Accountant with at least 10 years PQE.
Proven track record in a senior revenue leadership role, ideally within a large Irish PLC.
Big Four accounting experience essential.
Thorough knowledge of revenue principles and procedures essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
Deep understanding of financial regulations and best practices.
