As the Global Head of Project Planning, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You will be responsible for all Babcock project plans are deliverable, reliable, efficient and align with Babcock’s goals.Day-to-day, you’ll support the global director of project controls in delivering the project planning discipline’s mission across the business globally.

• Develop and maintain deliverable project plans
• Maximise the efficient use of manpower, materials and equipment to meet operational objectives
• Foster seamless communication among stakeholders to ensure alignment
• Leverage advanced tools and methodologies to enhance planning precision
• Provide best practice guidance in the delivery of project planning

This role is full time, 37.5 hours per week and is adaptable and can be delivered from various locations.Experience required of the Global Head of Project Planning

• Expert level knowledge of project planning
• Planning integration expert that can interface and interact with other disciplines
• Expert using planning toolsets, including Primavera P6 and MSP
• Ability to take ownership of problems affecting the planning discipline
• Excellent stakeholder management abilities

Qualifications for the Global Head of Project Planning

• Degree qualified in a relevant field
• Post graduate qualification is desirable
• Professional body membership e.g. APM / Acoste / RICS
