So let’s win together.Job DescriptionAs a Global Head of Payments Relationship Management, you would lead the global Relationship Management team who contract, negotiate with, manage and look to expand our commercial arrangements with payment service providers, in all our markets and across all Entain’s brands.You will play a pivotal role in shaping our global payment strategy, managing financial transactions, and enhancing the player experience.Reporting to the Group Head of Payments, you will be part of the Global Payments Team, who’s mission is to drive sustainable revenue growth for the business, reduce avoidable costs and realise efficiencies whilst helping to revolutionise the payments space within the gambling sector.Are you ready to launch a winning career?What you will do

  • Own all payment service providers from deal inception, contract management, relationship management, financial performance and governance.
  • Negotiating terms, fees, and agreements to both optimize the player experience and drive cost efficiency.
  • Evaluate new payment method offerings in the light of market need, competitor offering, costs and customer value.
  • Cultivate and manage strong working relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure payment processing is conducted in compliance with financial regulations, anti-money laundering (AML) guidelines, data security standards and best practice.
  • Utilize data analysis to monitor performance of providers, payment trends, transaction patterns, and player behaviours.
  • Provide effective and inspirational leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring that they are working effectively and efficiently to achieve company goals.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in leading a team in the payments industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of payment processing systems, financial regulations, AML guidelines, and data security standards.
  • Demonstrable proven experience in leading B2B contract negotiations.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across different levels of seniority, able to build and maintain relationships, influence at senior levels, negotiate effectively, able to flex style and approach to create opportunities and achieve the win:win.
  • Demonstrable leadership and communication skills, able to engage and motivate diverse teams, bringing them together behind a compelling vision to deliver.
  • Ethical and professional conduct, with a commitment to upholding the highest standards of financial integrity and player satisfaction.
