This role involves driving improvements in operational efficiency, revenue, margin, and customer satisfaction. The position requires collaboration with various departments to globalize tools, systems, and processes, and to implement global policies, metrics, and strategies.Key Responsibilities:Lead global teams to enhance operational efficiency, enhance product quality, and promote organizational values and culture.Partner with commercial stakeholders to create new global content opportunities and drive customer experience.Develop and pursue strategies to improve and integrate the creation and delivery of global legislative and regulatory products.Influence product operations roadmaps and business activation strategies across multiple regions.Provide strategic insights and direction on operating performance to senior leadership.Manage global budget and resource allocation.Support talent development and recruitment to build a strong workforce.Skills and Qualifications:Strong global business management acumen.Collaborative management style with experience leading cross-functional, team-based initiatives.Excellent quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Strong organizational, project planning, and time management skills.Effective communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.Experience in managing budgets and leading organizational transformation.Significant experience with outsourcing processes.Advanced legal or business degree or equivalent experience preferred (post qualification experience as a Lawyer is desirable).Work in a way that works for youWe promote a healthy work/life balance across the organisation.
