  • Perform detailed level review of employee expense reports to ensure adherence to company policy and inclusion of appropriate supporting documentation
  • Coordinate with team members to resolve issues related to processing travel reimbursements
  • Ensure proper coding of expenses prior to entry into the accounting system
  • Interface with other departments to ensure quick turn-around time for required approvals and processing of reimbursements in a timely manner
  • Correspond with team members and address inquires related to the company’s travel and expense policy

What skills you bring:

  • Post-secondary education, preferably in a related field
  • 2 or more years of experience in a similar role preferred
  • Required experience with SAP and Concur.
  • Self-motivated and able to deliver on commitments on-time all the time with quality
  • A dedication to excellence, teamwork, attention to detail and reliable
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and prioritize deadlines on an ongoing basis
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, specifically MS Excel
  • Excellent interpersonal relationships, written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude
