- Perform detailed level review of employee expense reports to ensure adherence to company policy and inclusion of appropriate supporting documentation
- Coordinate with team members to resolve issues related to processing travel reimbursements
- Ensure proper coding of expenses prior to entry into the accounting system
- Interface with other departments to ensure quick turn-around time for required approvals and processing of reimbursements in a timely manner
- Correspond with team members and address inquires related to the company’s travel and expense policy
What skills you bring:
- Post-secondary education, preferably in a related field
- 2 or more years of experience in a similar role preferred
- Required experience with SAP and Concur.
- Self-motivated and able to deliver on commitments on-time all the time with quality
- A dedication to excellence, teamwork, attention to detail and reliable
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and prioritize deadlines on an ongoing basis
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, specifically MS Excel
- Excellent interpersonal relationships, written and oral communication skills.
- Strong team player with a positive attitude
