We are EVERSANA.Job DescriptionThe Global Director, Sales Enablement manages complex RFI/RFP responses and oversees proposal creation and execution. This role involves independent orchestration of proposals, crafting new best-in-class content, curating team content, and ensuring alignment with client needs.The Director is responsible for guiding project/pitch teams, ensuring quality and efficiency across deliverables, and maintaining integrity in all growth data, including sales and opportunity activities.The Director works closely with the EU-based global growth team to support initiatives and growth activities throughout the sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while driving continuous improvement and innovation. They serve as a trusted point of contact for teams and internally, pushing teams to think critically and collaboratively, and escalating issues when necessary.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
