Do you want to work with teams around the world closely connected to the business?We need a new great colleague to drive both an excellent workplace and business performance, working out of headquarters (HQ) in Copenhagen, Denmark. You will be working closely with all our People & Culture colleagues in our various global Centers of Excellence, where our operating model caters for and encourages close sparring and collaboration.You will be sparring with and become a trusted advisor for some of our key functions and global executive leaders as well as become part of a great Business Partnering team.Saxo is a business with an ambitious agenda, and we want you to both support and challenge the decisions made to help Saxo grow and develop.In the People & Culture Business Partner team we closely collaborate e.g. on the yearly leadership wheel activities and other ad hoc initiatives, both on a strategic level and day-to-day necessities to drive the business ahead.Responsibilities

  • Be the primary People & Culture contact and trusted advisor for global executive leaders and senior leadership teams
  • Advise, challenge and support leaders on all people, leadership and organisational matters related to the execution of strategy, business plans and priorities
  • Proactively engage with all key stakeholders globally

  • Be responsible for the implementation of the leadership wheel, making sure that our policies are aligned and compliant across the organisation globally
  • Be closely connected to the business and push a truly business driven People & Culture approach, all to benefit Saxo and our clients
  • Utilise relevant data and people insights to proactively conduct organisational reviews and take part in defining action plans, implement, facilitate and follow-up on initiatives within organisational development
  • Be hands-on involved in business-critical issues and support collaboration with relevant departments to ensure that Saxo is both compliant and risk-aware

Your profileWe are looking for a driven Business Partner, who is passionate about executing and driving the People & Culture agenda across the organisation, who thrives in being close to the business and who brings a curious, business driven and proactive mindset to work.Ideally you have between 1-3 years of relevant business partner experience, where you have worked closely with the business – either directly in People & Culture functions or alternatively as a trusted advisor in other relevant settings.As our corporate language is in English, it is a prerequisite to be fluent in this.Win-Win personality, taking responsibility, using common sense
