This is a dynamic, entrepreneurial team with a passion for the markets, with individuals who thrive in fast-paced, changing environments and are energized by a bustling trading floor.OUR IMPACTThe Financing Structuring team includes experts across equity markets, products, structuring, and data analytics to help facilitate equity-based transactions and identify market opportunities. The team performs quantitative and other analysis, working with tools, models and financial markets data and collaborates with Sales, Trading, Technology and other areas of the firm, and with clients.YOUR IMPACTYou will apply a variety of technical and professional skills to analyze equity markets and client portfolios and turn research into commercial impact. Combining fundamental analysis, data analysis, macro research and factor models, you will provide insight to assess portfolio inefficiencies and market opportunities. You should have an interest in Equity Macro, using rigorous statistical analysis on financial market data, and communicate results in a clear and actionable way. Clients, as well as Sales and Trading, will use your analysis to inform their views of the market and what is driving it.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong academic background; ideally in quantitative subject such as (financial) mathematics, statistics, engineering
- Strong motivation to turn research into commercial impact
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills given client facing role
- Experience working on a One Delta structuring desk is helpful
- High standards for research work quality, high level of rigor and discipline
- Intellectual curiosity, demonstrated interest in quantitative trading and macroeconomics
- Team player, learning from others as well as sharing knowledge, desire to keep improving communication effectiveness
