Job description: GLAMI is looking for a Strategic Partnership Manager to drive business growth by building and managing key partnerships. If you are passionate about fostering relationships, maximising opportunities, and contributing to sustainable success, we want to hear from you!📈Key responsibilitiesDrive the acquisition of strategic partners by focusing on high-impact targets, managing the full pipeline from prospecting to onboarding. * Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand presence in existing and emerging markets.

• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with existing partners to drive growth and strengthen collaboration.
• Enforce partner portfolio management, ensuring performance is monitored, optimised, and reported effectively.
• Lead regular meetings and maintain open communication to resolve conflicts and ensure mutual success.
• Track KPIs for partnerships, ensuring alignment with company objectives and continuous improvement in performance.

✅ What we are looking for..Extensive experience in account management, business development, and any other related fields. * Familiarity with e-commerce or technology sectors is a must.
