Minimum role requirements:
Bachelor in relevant discipline
8 years of relevant experience with at least 5 years in a management position
Key Accountabilities
Develop and maintain departmental policies, processes, and procedures
Set SMART KPIs for each role and oversee the creation and implementation of SLAs
Lead the development and execution of digital and growth services strategies
Formulate business strategies, and manage regional budgets and financial plans
Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, managing and negotiating contracts
Manage team performance to meet regional and company objectives
Implement regional marketing and sales plans to drive business growth
Respond to market trends, competitor activities, customer needs, and enhance brand awareness
Coordinate regional events, campaigns, and promotions, and manage financial performance
Conduct market analysis and planning, communicating with internal stakeholders to promote alignment
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, reporting regional performance to executive leadership
Lead business development initiatives and manage risk mitigations that may impact regional performance
Oversee customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction across all products and services
Keep abreast of new industry developments, and ensure effective resource allocation to meet regional goals
Facilitate training and coaching and identify opportunities for process improvements
Lead all regional infrastructure functions, ensuring network availability and quality
