You’ll lead strategic planning, people development, operational cost optimization, and e-commerce transformation while enhancing customer experience across both physical and digital touchpoints.What Are the Key Responsibilities?– Deliver sales, profitability, and market share targets across UAE ACE operations
– Develop short-, mid-, and long-term strategic plans for growth and innovation
– Implement inventory and category management with efficient sourcing and distribution
– Lead omnichannel retail planning, including digital commerce growth and joint store trading
– Oversee P&L, margin control, OTB, and commercial performance reviews
– Develop team capability, succession planning, and performance culture
– Implement customer-centric practices including NPS and Voice of the Customer feedback
– Maintain strong principal/supplier relationships, securing exclusivity for key product lines
– Utilize SAP and advanced MIS to ensure actionable business insightsWhat Skills Are Needed for a General Manager in Dubai?Education:
– Graduate degree in Business, Retail, or related fieldExperience:
– 10+ years in senior retail leadership roles
– Home improvement or DIY category experience is essential
