• Minimum of three years’ experience as General Manager/Restaurant Manager of a large, quality dining establishment.
• Proven track record of positive and effective performance management.
• Keen financial acumen with strong numeracy skills.
• Awareness of latest restaurant and food trends.
• Genuine customer-focused approach.
