Job Views 27DescriptionOn behalf of our private client, we are looking for an experienced General Manager for their Coachworks garage.Hours of Work: 40 hrs week (8am – 4.30pm with a half an hour lunch)Duties:

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of two workshops, ensuring efficiency and high-quality standards.
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor a team, fostering a productive and positive work environment.
  • Work on upcoming campaigns and oversee offsite projects.
  • Conduct client visits, including international travel when required.
  • Maintain and improve quality control across all projects.
  • Work closely with the Company Director to align business objectives.
  • Manage budgeting, profit & loss, and financial reporting.
  • Conduct performance reviews and identify training needs for staff development.
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety policies and procedures.
  • Oversee administrative tasks related to team management and project execution.
  • H&S compliant at all times

Salary: £45 – 55K gross per yearHolidays & Benefits – Pension Scheme, Free Parking, Holiday – 20 days + bank holidays & Bonus SchemeUnless otherwise specified a minimum of 2 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of payRandolph’s is an employment agency and employment business authorised to advertise the role on behalf of our client
