Job description: Candidate is required to provide comprehensive financial insights that contribute to the company’s strategic direction.This role will be serving EMEA region with a shift from 3pm-11pm.Monthly and Annual Financial Closures: Ensure timely and accurate completion of the FI monthly and annual closings for assigned G/L shared companies, following the group’s unified standards.Monthly Operational Reporting and Risk Management: Submit monthly operational reports in line with the operational schedule, provide in-depth analysis for the companies under responsibility, issue risk warnings, collaborate with other departments, and address discrepancies to ensure compliance with relevant accounting regulations.Accounting Process Enhancement: Based on business needs, update, improve, and revise the accounting manual, while optimizing relevant processes.HFM and Automated PBC Report Preparation: Complete the preparation of HFM reports and automated PBC reports for responsible legal entities, in line with group requirements.Quarterly and Annual PBC Preparation and Audit Support: Prepare quarterly and annual PBCs, assist with the annual audit by providing necessary materials, and ensure resolution of any audit-related issues.Support for AP/AR Teams: Offer guidance to the AP/AR teams of responsible companies and provide constructive suggestions for improvement.Assistance with Intercompany Difference Resolution: Help the intercompany team in resolving any intercompany differences for the responsible companies.A hybrid working arrangement that offers a good flexibilityOpportunities for personal and professional growth within a reputable MNC

• Educational Background: Graduated with a degree in a finance-related field, possessing a strong foundation in financial knowledge; holds a primary or higher-level accounting professional certification.
• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in G/L accounting, with a demonstrated ability to identify issues in daily accounting tasks, proactively seek solutions, and consistently ensure issues are resolved.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in financial ERP systems, with expertise in SAP/expense systems; experience in project management and team leadership is preferred.
• Language Skills: Strong command of English, with the ability to communicate and interact effectively in English.
• Other Skills: Excellent communication skills, a strong ability to learn continuously, innovative thinking, a collaborative team spirit, the ability to handle basic work pressure, and high job stability.
