Job description: EDUCATION / LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS: Graduate of BS Accountancy WORK EXPERIENCE : 2 years of experience in general accounting or a similar field DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Reviews and posts journal entries for disbursements, receivables, receipts, as well as recurring, adjusting, and correcting transactions. 2. Monitor and ensure proper classification of transactions and adherence to accounting policies. 3. Reconcile general ledger accounts monthly and ensure accuracy 4. Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes. 5. Collaborate with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll teams to resolve discrepancies 6. Assist with internal and external audits by providing supporting documentation 7. Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance accounting efficiency and accuracy.
