With our global reach, we ensure the global supply chain has access to the Flash memory it needs to keep our world moving forward.Job DescriptionThe General Ledger analyst must have technical accounting expertise to ensure timely and accurate month and year end close activities including review of financial results and statutory reporting compliance. The position will report to the Finance Manager.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review of overall financial results including monthly analytics review for Corporate reporting.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and reporting
• Monitor, analyze, and reconcile accounting data such as:

• Bank accounts
• Prepayments
• Intercompany transactions and account balances
• Accruals
• Analyze and record month-end operating expense accruals
• Perform monthly system close functions

QualificationsREQUIRED:

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
• Minimum of 3-5 year of relevant GL experience in a shared services or other relevant industries
• Strong technical expertise on general accounting
• Knowledgeable on US Generally Accepted Accounting Principle
• Ability to communicate and work effectively with a variety of constituencies, including auditors, office personnel, business leads, corporate executives
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment
• Ability to assess materiality and prioritize workload
• Ability to adapt to changing business requirements
• Strong work ethic, good judgment, initiative, well organized and attention to detail

PREFERRED:

• Certified Public Accountant
• Familiarity in all facets of accounting
• Capability to manage workload distribution across different geographies and different time zones
• Ability to work well with multiple teams and different cultures

SKILLS:

• Good written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in English
• Good financial and analytical skill
• Intermediate Excel, Word and Outlook proficiency
• Intermediate Oracle cloud or SAP proficiency
