Job description: About the Opportunity

• Month End accounting procedures including bank reconciliation’s, journal entries, preparation of reports, financial analysis, budget preparation and actual vs. budget review process
• Inter-company billing and balancing on a monthly basis
• Assist with the completion of year-end audit working papers
• General Ledger account maintenance
• Maintain Fixed Asset sub ledger, and reconcile to General Ledger on a monthly basis
• Monitor actual expenses verses budget and prepare variances
• Monthly government remittances
• Provide payroll and other back-up for Finance team

About You

• 3+ Years of general accounting experience (month end, journal entries, bank reconciliations, financial statements)
• MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Vlookups)
• Erp experience is a strong asset
• Manufacturing experience is a strong asset

Pay Range
