Job description: About the Opportunity

• Recording of daily bank transactions and performing of monthly bank reconciliations
• Preparing financial statements
• Preparation of recurring journal entries, payroll entries, and accruals
• Process the month end close by ensuring timely and accurate completion of the monthly close processes for all assigned corporate entities, including the preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations, and other supporting schedules
• Monthly reconciliation of subledgers to general ledger of both Balance Sheet and P&L accounts to ensure accurate reflection of company assets in the monthly financial statements and other management reports
• Maintain reconciliations and schedules for bank, prepaids, intercompany, and/or other assigned accounts

About You

• 3 years of general accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
• Pivot tables vlookups is a must
• Manufacturing is a must
• Working towards CPA is an asset

Pay Range
