This role ensures that women and gender-diverse people receive comprehensive, connected, and person-centered care by helping participants connect with appropriate services, provides guidance, and maintains regular contact to ensure the individuals are supported and connected as their situation changes.This role supports immigrant and newcomer women and their families experiencing violence, tailoring services to address specific needs and providing access to linguistically appropriate and culturally relevant trauma informed gender-based violence intervention. Facilitates group workshops that address a broad range of topics of which YWCA has specialized knowledge including emotional wellbeing, housing, gender-based violence, and healthy relationships.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
