Our finance and accounting teams span the globe, providing unmatched learning, development, and career growth opportunities.This role will be responsible for leading key cash flow planning and reporting processes at GE Aerospace, primarily supporting the GE Aerospace FP&A Leader and Cash Flow Leader with opportunities for broader cross-functional leadership support. The Deputy Cash Flow Leader will be the point of contact for cash flow statement reporting and analysis including actual results, as well as strategic plan, budget, quarterly forecast, and pacing. This role will also be responsible for driving improved forecasting, reporting, analytics and process standard work across the Cash Flow team.At least quarterly travel to Cincinnati will be required, if not already co-located with the team.Job DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities
Required Qualifications
Desired CharacteristicsBachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting.Advanced financial analytics/modeling skills.Prior FP&A role / experience.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities.Leadership experience and ability to motivate teams and work across all functions.Experience with continuous improvement and/or FLIGHT DECK.Note:
