We’re currently looking for a passionate, strategic, and values-driven Gas Networks Regulation Manager to lead the way in delivering clear, forward-thinking policy and regulatory advice for our gas distribution networks.This role is more than regulatory strategy-it’s about nurturing trusted relationships, guiding your team with empathy and clarity, and advocating for outcomes that serve both community and commercial needs. You’ll be at the heart of shaping fair, future-ready regulatory proposals that reflect Jemena’s commitment to integrity, transparency, and long-term value.The role is to provide high quality, proactive and timely strategic regulatory and economic advice, the preparation of regulatory submissions and proposals, in a manner that contributes to consistent shareholder returns and optimising the core Jemena business.Your day-to-day will include:Inspire and Empower Your Team

  • Support your team’s growth by setting clear direction, providing strong mentorship, and guiding them through times of change.
  • Foster a supportive, collaborative culture where individuals feel seen, heard, and empowered to contribute.

Deliver Meaningful Advice

  • Offer sound, strategic regulatory and commercial advice with clarity and empathy.
  • Prepare thoughtful, high-quality submissions and briefing papers that support Jemena’s leadership and reflect our values.

Lead with Vision

  • Own and lead the development and delivery of our five-year regulatory proposals for our gas distribution networks.
  • Balance insight and innovation with a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and stakeholder expectations.

Drive Compliance with Care

  • Partner with the Regulatory Compliance team to ensure our practices are not only aligned with regulations, but responsive to community needs.
