Job description: OP Investment Management Ltd (“OPIM”) is a leading asset management company based in Hong Kong, and a member of the Oriental Patron Financial Group. The company manages both global and Asian-based fund vehicles with expertise across every major regional market from China and Korea, to India and the Middle East. Strategies include traditional long-only, as well as alternatives such as long-short, macro, and CTA. Fund Structures include Cayman Islands domiciled standalone, segregated portfolio companies (“SPC”), and undertaking for collective investment in transferable securities (“UCITS”). OPIM’s veteran managers and advisors develop innovative strategies and products for global investors.Reporting directly to the Head of BD & IR, you will work with the team to build strategies targeting institutional, emerging hedge funds and distribution partners in the Greater China region. Your work experience in the Fund management, FA, or other financial services or legal sectors, confident communication skills, strong command of mandarin, and affinity for helping your clients will be advantageous.Responsibilities:

• Understand the industry landscape, the Company’s product and services offering.
• Identify client’s needs and structure customized solutions for clients’ leverage the Company’s in-house product offering;
• Coordinate both internal teams and third party partners and prime brokerages to assist clients in the fund establishment process, including where required, certain documentation review;
• Generate leads and building relationships through regular calls and meetings. Keep complete records through CRM system and preparing accurate reports, proposals and other documentation as required;
• Meeting regular sales quotas through implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics;
• Develop intelligent market and sales strategies through client-specific analysis and industry research;
• Handle other ad-hoc assignments when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above;
• Prior experience in financing sales service or other financing sectors will be preferred;
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. Writing and language proficiencies in English and Chinese is essential;
• Positive attitude, hands-on and can-do mentality;
• Detail-oriented, independent, and organized.
