Job description: We are currently seeking a “Functional Consultant – Real Estate” for a contract role with one of our clients in Halifax, NS. Please apply you would be interested and available for it.Duration: 12+ MonthsResponsibilities:
- Lead and support the implementation of SAP S/4HANA Real Estate solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Configure and customize SAP Real Estate modules, including Lease Administration, Space Management, and Value Chain Integration.
- Provide expert guidance on Lease Accounting, Contract Management, and Portfolio Management functionalities within SAP.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
- Drive process improvements by leveraging SAP best practices and innovative configurations.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and user training to ensure smooth adoption.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP Real Estate solutions with other business processes.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Real Estate module, with hands-on experience in Lease Accounting, Contract Management, and Portfolio Management.
- Strong configuration and customization skills to tailor SAP Real Estate solutions to business requirements.
- Experience in lease administration, space management, and value chain integration within SAP.
- Ability to analyze business processes and implement effective SAP solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience in end-to-end SAP implementations and working in an agile environment is an asset.
