Job description: Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy Development : Design and implement integrated digital marketing strategies to meet business goals, including brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention.Content Creation & Management : Produce engaging content (e.g., blog posts, videos, social media posts) tailored to target audiences and aligned with brand voice.SEO & SEM : Utilize AI-generated code to perform robotic SEO optimization, including on-page and technical SEO, to improve organic rankings. Manage paid search campaigns (e.g., Google Ads) and monitor keyword performance.Social Media Marketing : Develop and manage social media campaigns across platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, Facebook), including content scheduling, community engagement, and paid ads.Analytics & Reporting : Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms to measure ROI and refine strategies.Website Management : Leverage HTML/CSS skills to maintain and optimize website performance, user experience, and conversion funnels, collaborating with developers as needed.AI Code Integration : Adapt and implement AI-generated code for marketing tasks, such as automating content updates, optimizing SEO elements, or enhancing website functionality.Marketing Automation : Implement and manage marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) to streamline campaigns and improve efficiency.Budget Management : Oversee digital marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation across campaigns.Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and design, to align marketing efforts with broader company goals.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.Experience Required3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing multi-channel campaigns.Demonstrated experience with robotic SEO optimization and leveraging AI-generated code for marketing purposes.Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).Proficiency in HTML/CSS for website management and optimization.Experience with AI tools for generating and implementing code in marketing workflows.Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tag Manager, or similar).Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify) preferred but not essentialFamiliarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.Knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a MUST.Soft Skills RequiredStrong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Excellent communication and storytelling skills to craft compelling content, especially in B2B products or servicesHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Creative problem-solver with a passion for staying ahead of digital marketing and AI trends.All applications applied through our system will be delivered directly to the advertiser and privacy of personal data of the applicant will be ensured with security.
