Expect all this and more when you join Linfox.What does the job look like?Linfox’s Resources and Industrial Business Unit is looking for an energetic and organised Fuels Scheduler to join the Port Hedland team, working an 8/6 roster (12 hour shifts) FIFO from Perth. Key areas:

• Driving the Linfox Safety standards at all times, and ensure that vision ZERO is a daily priority
• Schedule fuel deliveries in a timely and cost-effective manner
• Accurate record management of all delivery paperwork and customer invoicing
• Regular liaison with customer ensuring efficient and effective customer service
• Assist with fleet maintenance scheduling and roster adjustments
• Regularly review the roster to ensure accuracy and full coverage is maintained to meet customer usage demands
• Maintain driver training records and schedule any required training
• Track vehicles and drivers for adherence to run sheets and fatigue compliance

• Active engagement in a positive safety culture, with adherence to safety reporting requirements
• Prior experience in the transport industry or scheduling (desirable)
• Ability to problem solve and understand data to identify trends in fuel usage
• Knowledge of WA transport regulations
• Excellent MS office suite and prior exposure to SAP (desirable)
• Customer service focus when making decisions
