• Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Nursing. A copy of the degree, diploma or certification shall be provided with the response.
• Valid Prosci Change Management Certification. Proof of the certification shall be provided with the response
• Valid PRINCE2 Foundation or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification. Proof of the certification shall be provided with the response

Nice To Have Secondary Skills :

• 1 year of experience conducting and compiling privacy impact assessments for healthcare record systems to assess their compliance with provincial regulations. The response should include at least 1 example including duration of the project or work that totals at least 1 year

Proven Experience In :

• 10 years’ experience working with stakeholders in a healthcare environment to implement changes to clinical workflow. Examples should include implementation and training of business process changes. The response should include at least 3 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 10 years
• 7 years’ experience involved in the implementation of clinical information systems in a healthcare environment in an analysis role. The response should include at least 3 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 7 years. At least 1 example should include work with radiology and diagnostic imaging software.
• 5 years’ experience developing and delivering training for information systems to clinical users including nurses and physicians. The response should include at least 2 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 5 years
• 5 years’ experience implementing the Allscripts or Altera suite of products in an acute care setting. The response should include at least 2 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 5 years
