• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Statistics, or related field. Advanced degrees preferred.
• Strong understanding of investment data types, investment instruments, and investment industry concepts.
• Experience in implementing and managing data governance frameworks and data quality initiatives.
• Knowledge of data governance tools and platforms
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Ready to work individually and in a team in Agile set up.

Nice To Have Secondary Skills :

• Experience with an Enterprise Data Catalog, like Atlan or Collibra
• Experience with an Enterprise Data Quality platform, like Soda or Monte Carlo
• Experience with Databricks, Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Azure

Proven Experience In :The ideal candidate for these positions is a team player who excels at collaboration. They should have the ability to simplify complex data issues, communicating them effectively to senior leaders, along with potential solutions. • Own relationships with senior data owners and become an expert in the processes and data domains. • Work with investment teams and other business units’ data owners to identify their current and future data requirements. • Liaison for data owners to coordinate with the data management team and provide data quality solutions including root cause analysis, data quality measurement, and data quality improvement.IND1
