Benefits TBDDetailsJob Description :Our client is looking for an Infrastructure Analyst to join their team in Winnipeg.Must Have Primary Skills :

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in installing, configuring, and supporting hardware and software infrastructure within a corporate data center environment.
• Extensive expertise in managing and administering enterprise infrastructure, including but not limited to: Firewalls, Proxy servers, Network switches, Wireless solutions, Windows Server environments, Microsoft Exchange (both on-premises and Exchange Online)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Experience in customer-facing roles, particularly interacting with end users in high-profile, high-pressure environments.
• Strong business and political acumen, with the ability to navigate and operate effectively in high-profile, politically sensitive situations.

Nice To Have Secondary Skills :

• Proficiency in using IT Service Management (ITSM) tools, with experience in ServiceNow considered a strong advantage.

Proven Experience In :

• Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment, demonstrating flexibility and quick adaptation to changing priorities.
