Join us and become a Heartist®.Job DescriptionFRONT OFFICE MANAGER | Opening of Swissôtel Marianske LazneStart date: May 15, 2025Swissôtel Marianske Lazne brings a top hotel concept to the Czech Republic, combining Swiss precision with exceptional hospitality. We are proud that our hotel is the first and only one in the Czech Republic under the prestigious Swissôtel brand, and we are looking for an experienced Front Office Manager who will lead the reception team and become the face of our reception.In September, we are opening a premium hotel with 125 rooms and suites, where the Front Office team will ensure first-class guest care from arrival to departure. The hotel will also include the 105 Dining Lounge, The Bohemian Bar, our SwissCafé, and the rooftop terrace “Pod Oblaky” Lifestyle Lounge. Additionally, the hotel will feature three conference rooms and a meeting room. Another highlight of the hotel will be the Purovel Spa & Sport, which will combine Swiss precision with the spa tradition of Marianske Lazne.This unique opportunity combines the international renown of Swissôtel with the history of the spa town. We are looking for a leader who will ensure the smooth operation of the reception, set the highest service standards, and create a perfect first impression for our guests.What Will Be Responsibilites?
Responsibility for the effective management of the reception teamRecruitment, training, and development of employees to achieve the highest level of service.Setting and controlling work procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the reception.Motivating the team to provide excellent customer service.
Organizing shifts and ensuring optimal coverage of operations.Direct contact with guests – handling requests, special wishes, and any complaints.Checking reservations and correctly entering data into the hotel system.Cooperation with other hotel departments (Housekeeping, Sales & Marketing) to ensure a perfect guest experience.
Ensuring top-level customer service.Personal approach to VIP guests and regular clientele.Monitoring guest satisfaction and actively improving services.Supporting sales activities and presenting hotel services to guests; be the hotel ALL ambassador
Control of accounting and financial operations at the reception (payments, invoicing, refunds)Monitoring and optimizing occupancy and average room rates.Analysing department performance, reporting, and preparing strategic recommendations.Ensuring compliance with hotel standards and internal processes.Become part of a hotel that will set new standards in Czech hospitality.
