Job description: We are looking for a motivated and creative Junior Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for recent graduates, career switchers, or anyone eager to learn and develop their skills in the marketing field. The role involves supporting various marketing activities, including event management, webinars, and marketing coordination. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, an excellent communicator, and able to multitask.More specifically, is looking for an intern who would work closely with her on all the marketing activities we run globally. She will be your mentor and lead you to slowly become a more and more independent marketer.🔧 What’s waiting for you?EVENTS

• Identify relevant industry events, conferences, and trade shows for potential participation;
• Develop, orgaize, and coordinate event strategies and execution plans with sales department;
• Collaborate with the sales department to align event strategy with business objectives;
• Oversee booth design, merchandise orders, and logistical arrangements;
• Create marketing activation programs designed to maximize lead generation at trade shows and events;
• Facilitate internal communication and coordination to ensure alignment on event objectives and logistics;
• Plan and organize smaller events locally and remotely:

• book venues, arrange catering and manage logistics for each event,
• develop event agendas and coordinate presentations,
• create invitations and manage RSVPs.
• Manage event promotions via email and social media channels;
• Compile post-event reports, analyze results, and provide recommendations for future improvements;
• Track KPIs, including attendance, egagement, lead generation, and audience feedback.

WEBINARS

• Organize and run webinars on regular schedules, proposing topics, identifying and securing suitable speakers;
• Manage the end-to-end process of webinars, including promotion, organization, hosting, and speaker coordination;
• Manage the logistics of hosting webinars, including organizing technical setups, scheduling dry runs, and ensuring smooth delivery;
• Facilitate live webinars by hosting or supporting moderators and handling audience engagement (Q&A, polls, etc.);
• Collaborate with speakers to align on the topic content and presentation delivery;
• Analyze webinar performance metrics and prepare detailed reports, including attendee engagement, feedback, and lead generation outcomes.

MERCHANDISE

• Maintain and organized inventory of marketing collateral and promotional merchandise;
• Source vendors and coordinate the creation of corporate merchandise and gift sets;
• Manage order placement, pricing negotiations, and invoice settlements with the finance department.

MARKETING COORDINATION

• Assist with various marketing tasks, including research and content creation
• Plan and schedule social media posts related to event and webinar promotions
• Upload content (e.g., blog posts) to the website
