Job description: Principal responsibilities:

• To assist and coordinate for fraud governance meetings including deck presentations, minutes and follow up actions.
• To assist and coordinate for fraud control processes and read across of procedure, regulatory and policy changes.
• To assist and coordinate business control and management tasks and prepare for paper write-up for other governance meeting submissions.
• To support departmental coordination work and matters such as mandatory training monitoring, cost control, annual procedural manual and process review, focus group, access right recertifications etc.

Requirements

• University Graduate in any discipline.
• Strong self-motivation, with ability to work independently and being resilient under pressure.
• Good interpersonal, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of application software such as MS Word and Excel .
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese.
• Candidates with business risk management experience are welcome to apply.
