Are you ready to take ownership of a newly scoped role where your ideas and initiative will directly shape how we support candidates through Exams??As CA ANZ opens doors to the CA Program through the new and enhanced CA Foundations pathway, the Assessment Specialist will play a critical role in delivering a seamless, supportive assessment experience that empowers a diverse generation of future Chartered Accountants to succeed from the very start.This is your chance to lead process development and improvement, enhance the candidate experience, and drive innovation in assessment delivery.What You’ll Do:

• Provide support to candidates taking CA Foundations on-demand exams
• Respond to candidate enquiries from exam enrolment to results for the foundations pathway
• Own and evolve the end-to-end delivery of CA Foundations online exams
• Be the go-to expert for the candidate support and special consideration processes
• Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless result release and reporting
• Maintain records, Analyse data, and provide insights to inform continuous improvement
• Champion smarter workflows using education tech and digital tools

What You Bring:

• Prior Experience in admin, customer service, or education support is essential
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and problem-solving skills
• Resilience, empathy, and a positive outlook.
• A proactive mindset and attention to detail
• Confidence using Microsoft Excel and an aptitude for learning new digital systems
• A passion for continuous learning and improvement
