Job description: THIS IS A CONTRACTUAL ROLELocation: Karachi Head OfficeResponsibility: ACCA or degree in business administration with at least 4 years’ experience in payables. Preferred candidates will have certification related to finance and taxation.Responsibilities:

• Perform three-way matching (invoice, purchase order, and GRN) to ensure accuracy. Ensure correct exchange rates are applied.
• Assist in the month-end, quarter end & year-end closing process for foreign invoice transactions.
• On a monthly basis reconcile duties & taxes with their actual positions on the Purchase Order after foreign invoice parking.
• Maintain accurate documentation for audits, including invoice records and attached to the DMS.
• Implement process improvements to streamline foreign invoice payment tracking and prepare reports of foreign Invoice aging.
• Maintain records of outstanding invoice parking and share daily invoice parking updates with the Finance team.
• Coordinate with the Warehouse Team to ensure timely recording of GRNs in the system. Work closely with warehouse, procurement, and treasury teams to resolve discrepancies. Monitor parked and outstanding invoices, preparing reports on import payment status.
• Park duties demand based on the conditions specified in the Purchase Order.
