ACE Money Transfer is a part of ACE Group of companies, which has a diversified portfolio including digital wallet services in the UK and real estate, advertising businesses, and software solutions in Pakistan.Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and analytical FX Strategist to develop and execute foreign exchange strategies, optimise currency risk management, and enhance profitability. The ideal candidate will monitor market trends, assess currency exposures, and work closely with the treasury, finance, and trading teams to ensure effective FX management aligned with business objectives.Key Responsibilities:FX Strategy & Market Analysis

• Develop and implement foreign exchange strategies to optimise currency transactions and mitigate risks.
• Monitor global currency markets, economic trends, and geopolitical developments to identify FX opportunities.
• Provide data-driven forecasts on exchange rate movements and recommend hedging strategies.

Risk Management & Hedging

• Assess and manage currency risk exposure across business operations.
• Develop and execute hedging strategies using forward contracts, options, and swaps.
• Evaluate the impact of FX volatility on financial performance and provide recommendations.

FX Trading & Execution

• Execute FX trades efficiently while ensuring compliance with risk policies.
• Work with banks, financial institutions, and trading platforms to optimise execution costs.
• Monitor and analyse the performance of executed FX transactions.

Treasury & Liquidity Management

• Coordinate with the treasury team to align FX strategies with cash flow and liquidity planning.
• Optimise fund movements and FX conversions to enhance business profitability.
• Assist in managing cross-border payments and settlements.

Financial Reporting & Compliance

• Prepare detailed reports on FX exposure, risk assessments, and strategy performance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal FX policies.
• Collaborate with finance teams to maintain transparency in FX transactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related fields. CFA, FRM, or Treasury certifications are a plus.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in FX strategy, treasury management, or trading.
• Strong knowledge of currency markets, FX derivatives, and hedging techniques.
• Proficiency in FX trading platforms, Bloomberg, Reuters, and financial modeling tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and risk assessment skills.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with banks, financial institutions, and internal stakeholders.
