We have an exciting opportunity for you to become a Forecasting & Planning Business Partner in Workforce Planning and Optimisation based in Derby.As a Forecasting & Planning Business Partner, you’ll collaborate with Field Operations to ensure we have the right resources to deliver top-notch service. You’ll analyze resource needs, provide performance insights, and create robust plans highlighting risks and opportunities. Your recommendations will optimize resource and demand, both short and long-term.Key accountabilities in this role include:
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLEFirst and foremost, we expect you to have extensive experience in resource planning, particularly in forecasting and capacity planning, ideally within a field operations environment.Proven experience in influencing senior stakeholders to drive operational improvements is a must.We are looking for someone with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Proficiency in MS Access, SQL, and VBA, along with an understanding of data visualization tools like PowerBI, is highly desirable. Additionally, hands-on experience with forecasting tools such as SAS, R, and Python will set you apart.The right skills and experience are important.
