👇ABOUT YOU🔗You will have 3+ years of experience in demand forecasting, supply chain management, plus first-hand project management experience.🎓You will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field. Ideally, just qualified or qualifying for a professional certification (e.g., CIPS, CSCD)💪You have strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Proficiency in forecasting and planning software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, StockTrim, Microsoft Excel) and experience with statistical forecasting methods and techniques.🔎Your communication skills will be excellent and have ability to collaborate effectively across various departments. Your experience will mean that you have strong project management and organizational skills and you are a strategic thinker, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.📊THE ROLEThe Forecasting & Demand (SI&OP) Planner is responsible for overseeing and managing the company’s forecasting and planning processes to ensure accurate demand forecasts and inventory management.They will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving forecasting models, ensuring the company can meet customer demand while optimizing costs and inventory levels.Main Responsibilities and Activities
