Job Description:We are seeking a creative and innovative Footwear Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion and footwear, along with a strong understanding of current trends and consumer needs. You will be responsible for designing original footwear collections that align with our brand’s vision and aesthetic.Key Responsibilities:

• Research and analyze market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape to inform design concepts.
• Create detailed sketches, technical drawings, and 3D models of footwear designs.
• Collaborate with product development and manufacturing teams to ensure designs are feasible and meet quality standards.
• Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into final products.
• Stay updated on materials, technologies, and design software to enhance design capabilities.
• Attend trade shows and industry events to network and gain insights into the footwear market.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience in footwear design, preferably in a retail or fashion environment.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, CAD, etc.).
• Strong portfolio showcasing innovative footwear designs.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple roles.

Job Type: Full-timePay: From RO145.000 per monthExperience:

• Footwear designing: 2 years (Preferred)
