• Responsible to assure and provide the highest level of product and service to guests
• Responsible to communicate to his/her superior any issues encountered, guest comments and other relevant information
• Assist Restaurant Manager to train and guide wait staff on service skills under Operating Procedures
• Supervise the maintenance and service of outlet equipment and creating menu and wine list
• Assist in creating menu and wine list
• Responsible to supervise functions, events and other outlet services
• Responsible to maintain strong and up to date knowledge for food and cocktail trends and development
• Resolve and follow up with any guest-related issues arise during functions and events
• Monitor standards of guest facilities and service quality
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Food & Beverage Service Supervisor – Cielo

Job Requirements:

• At least 3 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Supervisory experience is preferred
• High School or Vocational Certificate in Hotel Management and Food & Beverage or related field
• Excellent interpersonal and intrapersonal communication skills
• Able to speak, read and write Basic English and Putonghua
