Within walking distance to the convenient underground MTR transportation system, fashionable shopping centres and commercial offices at Causeway Bay, Wanchai and Central.We are now invite enthusiastic hotelier to join our exceptional team as:Responsibilities

• To assist the Department Head with the administration and smooth running of the Food & Beverage Department
• To responsible for F&B promotions, guest profile and guest relation
• To perform any other reasonable duties as required by the management from time to time
• Responsible for maintaining all filing system, safeguards customer database
• Handles and liaises with concerned departments for miscellaneous items
• Prepares and distribute daily, weekly and monthly reports
• Assist Department Head to moitor departmental expenses include including advertising to ansure expenses are in line with budget
• Provides secretarial duties and ad hoc duties as required

Requirements

• Degree or diploma holder in Hospitality Management preferred
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations preferred
