You’ll be a key part of the service experience, delivering exceptional food and beverage service with polish, warmth, and pride. This is a Permanent Full-Time position with Monday-Friday daytime hours – no weekends, or public holidays.Ōu Kawenga / Your Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, welcoming, and professional customer service at every touchpoint
• Provide food and beverage service including table setup, beverage support, and wait service
• Prepare and serve espresso coffee, maintaining a clean and functional machine
• Keep dining and kitchen areas clean, tidy, and aligned with hygiene standards
• Follow all food safety, health, and safety procedures

He Kōrero Mōu / About You

• A team player with a flexible, can-do attitude and strong attention to detail
• Experience in a similar hospitality or F&B role, ideally in a premium or corporate setting
• Great communicator with a natural flair for customer service
• Physically fit, reliable, and committed to high standards of cleanliness and presentation
• Hold or be willing to obtain a Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate and Police clearance
