Working closely with the management team, you’ll oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. From overseeing functions to driving service excellence in food and beverage outlets, this is a dynamic position in a high-energy, customer-focused environment.Your Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in food and beverage supervision, preferably in a club, hotel, or large hospitality venue
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a team
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with members, guests, and staff
• Solid knowledge of food and beverage operations, including stock management and rostering
• A proactive and hands-on approach, with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
