Job description: The Victoria Hotel Galway is looking for a flexible Food and beverage – Breakfast staffThis is an amazing opportunity to join the fun, energetic, and vibrant Victoria Hotel Galway.The ideal candidate will have experience in a busy restaurant and must be confident in taking and serving orders, with a strong understanding of providing excellent customer service.The ideal candidate also must have flexibility on working early shifts along weekends and/or weekdays (6.30 – 15.00)Summary of key activities

• Taking orders and serving customers

• Maintaining high levels of quality of service

• Take directions from the breakfast supervisor and the food and beverage manager

• Updating stock levels variances

• Covering early bar shifts serving drinks and food.

Experience and skills

• Ability to work under pressure

• Passionate and Enthusiastic about customer service

• Experience in a similar role

*Experience in working behind a bar

• Fluent in English

• Show initiative

• Knowledge about bar service is an advantage
