If you’re an experienced hospitality worker with a passion for delivering memorable experiences, this is an excellent opportunity to showcase your customer service skills and be part of a renowned destination in the heart of the vineyard.This casual position has the flexibility to provide full time hours. With dayshifts and an occasional evening shift or weekend shifts, this role can offer flexible hours which can work around other commitments.Role Responsibilities

• Assist the chefs to prepare food for service.
• Set and clear tables where required for customers.
• Collect food from the kitchen and serve to customers.
• Clean designated areas, in accordance with procedures and hygiene requirements.
• Inform the person placing orders of any ingredients, menu components, cleaning materials etc. need replenishing.
• Leave the kitchen and service areas clean and tidy with a list for the next person on shift.
• Wash dishes as required.
• Ensure all housekeeping, opening and closing tasks are completed to the required standard.
• Assist with putting away deliveries and checking off against packing slips/invoices and inform of any discrepancies.
• Conduct relevant cash resister activities as required.
• Assist with functions/events when required.

What You’ll Bring

• Previous experience in a restaurant and/or hospitality environment (highly desired)
• Responsible Service of Alcohol accreditation

• Must have drivers Licence
• Lifting of heavy items may be required from time to time
• Shifts will be across a 7-day roster
